By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Location: We are based in Tasmania, Australia, and ship to all Australian states and territories, as well as internationally.

2. Pricing and Taxes
  • Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • GST: The Garage Reserve is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia. All prices displayed for orders within Australia are inclusive of 10% GST.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • International Duties: For international orders, GST is not charged. However, you (the buyer) are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
  • Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • Product Availability: All skin and body care products are subject to availability.
  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
  • Regions: We ship nationally to all Australian states and territories, and to select international destinations.
  • Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, though times may vary during peak periods.
  • Delivery Dates: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
  • Risk and Title: Risk of loss and title for the Goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Returns
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Consumer Guarantees: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Skincare Safety: Due to the hygiene and safety nature of skin and body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once a product has been opened or tampered with.
  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, leaks in transit, or causes an unexpected severe adverse reaction, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your ACL rights.
6. Product Use and Disclaimer
  • Intended Use: Our products are formulated for external cosmetic and body care use by hard-working individuals (including tradies).
  • Allergy Warning: It is your responsibility to read the ingredient lists carefully before use. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
  • Medical Disclaimer: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin disease or medical condition. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), The Garage Reserve's liability for any breach of a term, condition, or warranty is limited to the replacement of the Goods or the cost of having the Goods supplied again.
9. Governing Law
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
10. Amendments
  • Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The version of the Terms active at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
